Booking Deposit:

- Amount of deposit is 50% of the total rental, payable in the form of bank check or money order 
  no later than 7 days from reservation date, please send Priority Mail.
- Balance due 30 days prior to rental date, payable by check or money order.
- If your reservation is made within 30 days of your arrival, a bank check or money order MUST be 
  sent by OVERNIGHT mail ONLY, for the full amount of rental.
- Credit card payments are NOT ACCEPTED.
- Check In not before 3:00 PM Eastern Standard Time, strictly enforced.
- Check Out time by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time.

Cancellation Policies:

- Vacation properties are rented far in advance. It is, therefore, difficult to fill a vacancy as 
  the rental term approaches. In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the starting 
  day of this Agreement, the Owner will try to re-rent the property, with a goal of receiving the 
  total rent indicated in this Agreement.
- If Owner is able to find a substitute Booking Guest at an amount equal to or greater than the rent, 
  the Owner will refund to Guest any amounts Guest has paid, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
- If Owner is unable to do so, any amounts paid by Guest may be forfeited.

Rates:

-$150 per day / $600 per week
- All prices are subject to change without notice (prior to booking) of the reservation.
**Guests agree to inform Mountain Meadow management at least 1 week prior to arrival the EXACT 
time of arrival and to call in the event of ANY change!
Clients must also inform Mountain Meadow management of EXACT departure time.
